Morning and evening group fitness sessions are available Monday to Friday and on Saturday, lift your intensity to stratospheric with Team Day! With up to 26 classes to choose from weekly, to fit your schedule.

STRENGTH - LOWER BODY
Monday: 5am | 6am | 7am | 5pm | 6pm
Build strength with compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, rdls, hips thrusts etc) and a variety of isolated lower body exercises ( lunges, glute bridges etc), to work on weak points, and tone up.
We'll build you up, and as your confidence grows, so will your strength.
STRENGTH - UPPER BODY
Tuesday: 5am | 6am | 7am | 5pm | 6pm
Build strength with compound exercises (bench, overhead press, bent-over rows, etc) and a range of isolated exercises (cable curls, triceps press-downs, single arm pull-downs, etc) to work on lagging areas, and tone up.
We'll teach you the fundamentals, and build your strength.
CONDITIONING
Wednesday: 5am | 6am | 7am | 5pm | 6pm
Improve your cardiovascular fitness with these high-intensity workouts, improving aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
We aren't going to sugarcoat it, Wednesday's session is a challenge, but you set the pace and you work to the intensity you are ready for.

We'll get you moving and performing better from the ground up.

Level up your athletic ability with these unique upper body-focused sessions. Combining strength and conditioning modalities to improve your pushing /pulling speed, power and overall total body strength.
We'll get you moving and performing better from head to toe.
