We are proud and excited to be a registered NDIS service provider. We aim to provide the highest quality of coaching, support and care to people no matter their level of ability.
We want to make sure you are in the best hands possible with our NDIS supports. With over 30 years of experience and knowledge spread across the team, we'll work with you (the participant), your family and other allied health professionals to help you improve your quality of life and more independently.

SCREENING
We will run you through a series of, movements, and assessmens (and review past reports) to best understand your abilities and tailor our services to you.

TRAIN
Ongoing support and tailored guidence training and working at your health and fitness goals.

NUTRITION
We will discuss the best way to approach your food and nutrition that works for you and support and guide you throughout your experience (planning, meal prepping, dieting).

COMMUNITY BUILDING
Each week, we aim to build your confidence and self-esteem to engage in the community and socially (ie employment, activities, events).

RESULTS
We will track and monitor your progress and celebrate your milestones and achievements together.
