What is Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)?When you join our SGPT, you get a more personalised approach to training, more than you would with regular group training, much like personal training. Here we scale the workouts to your goals and abilities, while having fun in a group with like-minded people.

How many people in each class?Our small group training classes are capped at 8 members maximum, so you get regular support, education, and guidance from our coaches in each session, without feeling lost, unsure, and or just another number.

What types of classes do you offer?We offer a wide range of classes to suit your interest and overall health and fitness goals. We typically have four key sessions; - Strength – focuses on the right mix of compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench etc) and isolation movements to building strength and tone up. - Conditioning – helps you drop body fat, while building your cardio capacity, making you fitter and healthier. - Hybrid – get the best of both worlds, by combining strength and conditioning modalities helping you move more athletically and functionally daily. - Team Day – buddy-up and or work in team’s to crush your workout and have tons of fun with your training buddie.

What does the 28-Day Trial include?The trial allows you to fully experience what we do here at The Box. We’ve found one week isn’t enough time for you to receive the full benefits, and isn't long enough for us to guage where you are at. 28-days gives us both, member and coach, the right length of time to workout together and start to build good habits, while seeing immediate results. Access to upwards of 4 classes weekly Movement analysis and goals assessment Inbody scan to assess your body composition at the start/end Personalised approach to food and dieting how you want Training log to track and monitor your training progress Regularly check-ins to assess your progress in and outside the gym Private access to our recovery room (Infrared sauna and Normatec Technologies)

Do you offer a drop-in classes?Yes, we do offer you a chance to taste what we do. Click here to book.

Do I need to book the same classes each week?No. We’ve created a schedule that is flexible, and should suit your lifestyle.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to participate?Our classes are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our coaches provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively.

Can I still join if i have a niggling injury?Yes you may, however we’d recommend you seek clearance from a health professional prior to commencing to examine the extent of the injury. Our coaches can adjust movements to suit, and support the rehab process.

How do I sign up for classes?We recommend you reach out via email, phone or socials and one of our coaches will get in touch with you.

Do you offer gym access as well?At this stage we are solely a small group personal training facility.

Do you have shower facilities on site?Yes we have a full-fitted disability shower, and amenities for all members to use.
