THE TRIAL
We want to make sure you experience everything that makes fitness training at The Box unique, AND see some results. That's why we offer you a 28 day trial to make sure Small Group Personal Training is for you.
This is what you can expect during your trial period:
01.
SCREENING
We will run you through a series of movements to best understand your current abilities and tailor your workouts.
02.
TRAIN
Join us for a minimum of 4 sessions a week, led by our highly-skilled coaches.
03.
NUTRITION
We will discuss the best way to approach your food and nutrition that works for you, and support and guide you throughout your experience.
04.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Each week we will help you track your progress in and outside the gym, and review your training progression and body compsoition (Inbody scan)
05.
RESULTS
At the end of the trial, we will review your results, celebrate hitting your goal, and examine what areas need attention.

Fitness training at The Box is run in small groups, where you get the 1:1 attention of a personal trainer. That is why we call our fitness sessions - Small Group Personal Training (SGPT).
