We want to make sure you experience everything that makes fitness training at The Box unique, AND see some results. That's why we offer you a 28 day trial to make sure Small Group Personal Training is for you.

This is what you can expect during your trial period:

SCREENING

We will guide you through a series of movements to best understand your current abilities and tailor your workouts accordingly.

02.

TRAIN

Come join us for a minimum of 4 sessions a week, led by our highly-skilled coaches who are here to support and guide you on your fitness journey.

03.

NUTRITION

Let's talk about the best approach to your food and nutrition that suits your needs, and we'll be there to support you every step of the way.

04.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Stay on track on and for all, as we'll help you track your progress in and outside the gym, and review your progress.

05.

RESULTS

We'll sit down together to review your results, celebrate your achievements, and identify any areas that may need extra attention to help you continue making progress.
