Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) brings together the best of Personal Training and Group Fitness, where we coach you individually, in a small group environment.

We train as a group, but our coaches individualise sessions where needed, scaling the movements, and intensity, to suit your goals, and ability. Our coaches will workaround injuries and limitations that have hampered you in the past, so you still achieve amazing results.
