Angus’ fitness journey began in his teenage years through high-level representative sport, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, performance, and teamwork. This early exposure sparked a passion for coaching, which later saw him working with team sport athletes internationally. Coaching in diverse environments refined his ability to communicate effectively, adapt training to different individuals, and focus on performance-driven outcomes.

Over time, those coaching skills transitioned seamlessly into group fitness and one-on-one personal training. Angus brings a performance mindset into every session, combining athletic principles with structured programming to help clients build strength, improve movement quality, and develop confidence both inside and outside the gym.
He believes that every movement should have a clear purpose and a specific outcome, whether that be building muscle, improving mobility, increasing longevity, or enhancing overall performance. Training is not about doing more for the sake of it, but doing the right things consistently and with intent.
