Chloe has had a passion for health and fitness for 8 years. Being a qualified Pilates instructor, she is strong about doing exercise correctly and ensuring the mind-to-muscle connection is apparent. 

She believes there is a lot more to a healthy lifestyle than just exercise- your mindset, daily habits, sleep and attitude all play a part. 

 

Chloe will always guide and support you in class, whilst ensuring you are enjoying yourself and reducing injury- making you feel confident and accomplished.

Mat and Reformer Pilates
