COACH

Chloe’s coaching journey began a few years ago with a passion for performance-driven

training and helping people become fitter, stronger, and more capable. That passion has

grown into a coaching approach focused on continual learning and getting the best out of

every individual.

Her own training centres on hybrid performance, combining running with high-intensity and

strength-based work. Competing in HYROX has strongly influenced how she trains and

coaches, reinforcing the importance of balancing endurance, strength, and resilience.

She believes effective training is about finding the right balance—pushing hard when

needed, recovering properly, and understanding why you’re doing what you’re doing. As a

coach, Chloe focuses on building well-rounded fitness that transfers beyond the gym.

Sessions are purposeful, scalable, and designed to improve performance, movement quality,

and confidence. She believes effective training is about intent, balance, and

consistency—supporting long-term health and sustainable progress.
